Our ascension model includes 12 Stages. Each one gets installed INTO the artists career. Each one builds and reinforces with the others.

1. The “4 legs” of an Artists Career

Reverse engineered from artists like Tim, Garth, Dolly and Taylor. Used in our businesses and our artists businesses.Think of it like a table. Healthy, profitable, career-based artist, understand the “4 legs” of an artists career being: Talent, Training, Technology and Team. 

Each is important, but any one of these alone is NOT sufficient for building a 10-20 year career.

Our ascension model includes 12 Blocks or stages. Each one builds and reinforces the others. Our model installs these career components into an artists career. These 12 strengthen, supports & monetize your talent and ability.

Careers aren't given out, they are built out.

Any artist that is worth anything will go through these 4 stages - avoiding the inevitable pitfall of standard record label horror story

  • The old system focuses on quantity...We focus on QUALITY.

  • The old system focuses on "stardom"...We focus on MARGIN.

Our model incentivizes getting better, not getting bigger.

Because when you get better, your fans will beg you, and PAY you.
